What you'll do

  • Acquire clients by any professional means: cold calls, in-person visits, networking, referrals, outbound and inbound.
  • Respond to ad inquiries: call back, qualify, and book software demos.
  • Demo CloudSprout services and, when appropriate, issue free trials.
  • Close the sale and collect complete client information accurately.
  • Onboard new clients: workspace setup and social account connections.
  • Stay first point of contact: triage issues, convert them into solutions, keep clients informed.

What you bring

  • Sales instinct: comfortable cold calling, knocking on doors, and asking for the close.
  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Discipline to gather, document, and translate requirements without losing detail.
  • Self-management: you set your own pace and own your pipeline.
  • Basic comfort with Google Workspace, social platforms, and CRM tools.
  • Bonus: prior agency, SaaS, or local SMB sales experience.
25% First month revenue Paid when the client's first invoice clears.
25% Setup fee Paid when the one-time setup fee is processed.

Commission only, paid on processed payment — not on signed contract. Free trials are eligible; commission triggers when the client converts and pays.

What you'll do

  • Produce and standardize documentation: SOPs, runbooks, knowledge base articles.
  • Talk to clients and handle a high volume of support tickets.
  • Resolve tickets, or document the encounter clearly toward resolution.
  • Manage small-to-mid changes on client websites and workflows.
  • Build simple-to-mid complexity automation workflows.
  • Learn and improve internal processes using AI and modern SaaS.

What you bring

  • Advanced understanding of process automation.
  • Strong communication, written and verbal.
  • Solid grasp of code, scripting, and networking fundamentals.
  • Working knowledge of APIs: REST, webhooks, auth.
  • Comfort using comprehensive AI prompting to outsource individual workload.
  • Bonus: prior exposure to WordPress, cPanel, or any of the stack above.
