The CloudSprout Technology Sky

Your tools should work together.

We select, connect, and improve the platforms behind your website, sales, marketing, operations, AI, and payments. So they behave like one system.

Keep what works. Replace what doesn't. Connect everything that should be talking.

Technology is not the strategy

A bigger stack is not a better stack.

The goal isn't collecting software. A quote request at 10:02 am should land on the owner's phone by 10:03 am, already matched to the customer's file, not stuck in three separate inboxes.

Before
  • Duplicate contacts in three tools
  • Missed leads in someone's inbox
  • Invoices typed out by hand
  • Calendars that don't talk
  • Reports nobody trusts
  • Subscriptions nobody remembers buying
After
  • One customer record, everywhere
  • Every enquiry answered in seconds
  • Payments flow straight to the books
  • Bookings sync themselves
  • One report that means something
  • Fewer tools, working harder
What connected technology produces

Reviews arrive. The report explains the month.

The review request fires after the job, the review lands on Google, and the report shows which channel brought the work. One screen, no spreadsheet stitching.

Explore the cloud layers

Every tool in its place. Every system working together.

Six layers, all connected. Tap a platform to see what we do with it.

01 · Customer & Growth

Turn attention into organized follow-up.

Ads, forms, calls, and messages all feed one pipeline. With automated follow-up, review requests, and reporting so no lead is ever "I think someone called?"

02 · Website & Commerce

Build the place where customers take action.

Fast custom websites, stores, and landing pages. With conversion tracking, security, and checkouts that actually get finished.

03 · Intelligence

Add useful intelligence to real workflows.

Not magic. Jobs. Qualifying leads, drafting replies, summarizing calls, searching your own documents. Every assistant discloses it's AI, and a human is always reachable. We pick the model for the use case, not the hype.

04 · Money

Connect the sale to the books.

Payment received → customer updated → invoice created → books synced → receipt sent → team notified. We wire the flow; your accountant keeps the advice. (We're implementers, not accountants.)

05 · Work & Operations

Give the team one clear way to work.

Email, files, meetings, tasks, approvals, and support. Set up cleanly, connected to the customer systems, and taught to your team.

06 · Integration & Infrastructure

The invisible layer that keeps everything connected.

APIs, webhooks, DNS, hosting, backups, monitoring. When two platforms don't speak natively, this is where we build the translator.

Honest comparisons

The best platform is the one that fits the business.

HighLevel or Zoho CRM?+
HighLevel wins for marketing-led service businesses that live on follow-up: pipelines, texting, reviews, and booking in one place. Zoho wins when operations get complex. Multi-department processes, custom modules, deep reporting. Plenty of businesses start on HighLevel and grow into Zoho. We implement both, so the recommendation follows your business, not our preference.
Shopify or WooCommerce?+
Shopify: fastest to launch, superb checkout, predictable monthly cost. Ideal when the store IS the business. WooCommerce: full ownership and flexibility on WordPress. Ideal when the store is part of a bigger content or service site. Catalogue size, apps, and who maintains it decide the call.
QuickBooks or Zoho Books?+
QuickBooks Online is the Canadian accountant-familiarity king. If your bookkeeper already lives there, stay. Zoho Books shines when Zoho One runs the rest of your operations. Either way we connect it; we don't give accounting advice.
Stripe or Square?+
Stripe for online-first: subscriptions, invoicing, developer flexibility. Square for counter-first: POS hardware, in-person flow, simple pricing. Retail-plus-web businesses sometimes run both, synced to one customer record.
Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini?+
Wrong question. The right one is "for which job?" Claude for careful reasoning and long documents; ChatGPT for broad tooling and plugins; Gemini when your business lives in Google Workspace. Privacy needs, budget, and existing vendors all weigh in. We've integrated all three.
Google Workspace or Microsoft 365?+
Whichever your team already knows, usually. Workspace pairs naturally with Gemini and our booking/CRM stacks; 365 wins in Teams-centric and enterprise-adjacent settings. Migrating between them is possible. We've done it. But rarely the first priority.
Zapier, Make, or n8n?+
Zapier for speed and reliability on common connections. Make when flows need branches and transformations. n8n when you want self-hosted control or custom nodes. We often mix them. And when there's no connector at all, we write the API integration ourselves.

FAQ

Technology questions

Can CloudSprout work with our existing tools?+
Yes. That's the default. We audit what you have, keep what works, connect what should be talking, and only recommend replacing something when it's genuinely holding you back.
Do we need to replace our current CRM?+
Usually not. Most CRM problems are setup and follow-up problems, not platform problems. If a switch genuinely fits better, we'll say so and handle the migration.
Do you support both HighLevel and Zoho?+
Yes. HighLevel (many know it as GoHighLevel) for marketing-led follow-up systems, Zoho CRM and Zoho One for operationally complex businesses. We implement and support both.
Can you connect Shopify or our website to QuickBooks?+
Yes. Orders and payments can flow into QuickBooks Online or Zoho Books automatically, via native integrations or an automation layer like Zapier, Make, or n8n.
Can you connect Stripe or Square to our CRM?+
Yes. Payments can update customer records, trigger receipts and follow-up, and notify your team. No re-typing.
Which AI platform should our business use?+
It depends on the job. We integrate Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini, and choose based on the use case, your existing vendors, privacy needs, and budget. Not on hype. Every assistant we ship discloses that it's AI.
Can AI tools use our business information?+
Yes, carefully. Assistants can answer from your own documents and data through controlled integrations. We build with consent, minimal data sharing, and human review where it matters.
Can you set up Google Workspace?+
Yes. Professional email with proper authentication (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), calendars, Drive structure, and connections to booking and CRM.
Can you migrate data between systems?+
Yes. Contacts, deals, content, and products. Migrations are planned, tested on a copy, and verified before anything is switched off.
What if two platforms don't have a native integration?+
We bridge them with Zapier, Make, or n8n. And when no connector exists at all, we build a custom API integration and version it in GitHub.
Do you provide ongoing technology support?+
Yes. Every plan includes monthly hours from real humans, plus monitoring and maintenance so systems keep working after launch.
