Modernize now. Funding may help.
Some Ontario programs support technology like CRM, online booking and automation.

- We do not decide who qualifies.
- Funding is never guaranteed.
- Get written program approval before you spend.
CloudSprout builds the technology. We are not part of any government, and not affiliated with or endorsed by any funding program.
Operational technology, not ads
Programs generally support technology that changes how a business operates. Ordinary advertising, routine SEO and cosmetic redesigns generally do not qualify on their own.

Before you apply
- Read the official page. Every program sets its own rules, amounts and dates.
- Check you fit. Programs decide eligibility, not us.
- Get written approval. Before you spend anything.
- Then we scope the system with you. A written scope before any work starts.
We build the systems. You own them.
Whether or not funding comes through, you end up with systems that work for you: fewer missed leads, faster follow-up, less admin. The domain, site, CRM and content are in your name.
Funding questions.
Common questions
Does CloudSprout decide if my business qualifies?
No. We do not determine eligibility. Each program decides with its own rules.
Is funding guaranteed?
No. Funding is never guaranteed. Program rules, amounts and availability change. Get written program approval before spending anything.
What kind of projects tend to fit?
Programs generally support technology that changes how a business operates, like CRM, online booking and automation. Ordinary advertising, routine SEO and cosmetic redesigns generally do not qualify on their own.
What does CloudSprout actually do in this process?
We build and set up the technology, like CRM, online booking and automation. We are not part of any government, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any funding program.
Can government funding pay for AI training?
Probably not directly. The Ontario Job Grant only funds training from certain types of providers, like colleges and industry associations. We are a private company, so our sessions are not on that list today. The official rules are on ontario.ca.
